How does the Carte 24 Sèvres work?

When you use your Carte 24 Sèvres, all your purchases at Le Bon Marché Rive Gauche are rewarded. €1 spent equals one Point earned. The accumulation of these Points gives you access to specific advantages depending on the status reached.

Where can I find the number of my Carte 24 Sèvres?

If you didn't present your card before paying for your purchases in store, or if your Carte 24 Sèvres hasn't been linked with your online account before placing an order on 24 Sèvres, on lebonmarche.com or on lagrandeepicerie.com, we will be unable to generate the Points corresponding to that purchase.

Can the Carte 24 Sèvres be digitised?

I've just changed status, what will happen now?

Congratulations, you have just reached Initié or Privilégié status! You will soon receive your new Carte 24 Sèvres and be able to enjoy new exclusive advantages. You will retain your new status until the 31 August of the year following its acquisition.

I forgot to activate my Journée Privilège, what can I do?

How do I activate my Journée Privilège?

You can activate your Journée Privilège on the day of your choice, during the six months after gaining it. To activate your Journée Privilège in store, you can notify the staff at the till, at any time during the day, when paying for your purchases at Le Bon Marché Rive Gauche or La Grande Épicerie de Paris. .

How can I find out the expiry date of my Journée Privilège or my Gift Vouchers?

Your personal space allows you to find the information you need in an instant, or to carry out the required action. To sign in, you just need to be a member of the programme, to create an account on 24s.com and go to the 'My loyalty programme' tab.

How can I link my Carte 24 Sèvres to my account?

If you are already a member of the 24 Sèvres programme and the linking of your online account with your card has not been done automatically, please go to your personal space and the 'My loyalty programme' tab, then click on 'Already a member? Link my Carte 24 Sèvres loyalty card'.

How can I manage the communications I receive from Le Bon Marché Rive Gauche, La Grande Épicerie de Paris and 24 Sèvres?

At any time, you can subscribe/unsubscribe to communications from 24 Sèvres and Le Bon Marché Rive Gauche in the 'My Subscriptions' tab in your personal space. To subscribe/unsubscribe to the La Grande Epicerie de Paris newsletter, please go to lagrandeepicerie.com.

Can I pay for purchases with my Carte 24 Sévres card?

Your Carte 24 Sèvres is not a payment card. However, if you benefited from a Gift Voucher on your Journée Privilège, you can pay for your purchases via your Carte 24 Sèvres using your Gift Vouchers. You can also take advantage of in-store payment facilities allowing payments in three or four instalments by bank card, thanks to your Carte 24 Sèvres.

What can I do if I've forgotten by Carte 24 Sèvres?

If you've forgotten your Carte 24 Sèvres, you can accumulate your Points by informing our advisers at the till, before paying for your purchases. You can also present your Carte 24 Sèvres via the 24 Sèvres mobile app (available only in the App Store). However, if you have earned Gift Vouchers on your Carte 24 Sèvres, you will only be able to use them by presenting them or your e-card on the 24 Sèvres mobile app, or on presentation of a valid proof of identity.

Where can I see how many Points I have earned, and my Gift Vouchers?

You can see your Points in your personal space in the 'My loyalty programme' tab.

I've just placed an order online, but my Points aren't showing up on my account. Why?

Your Points are generated when your order is invoiced, which takes place when your order is shipped.

How can I use my Points?

When you've earned 500 Points, you will be sent an invitation to enjoy a Journée Privilège. On that day, 10% of the purchases you make in Le Bon Marché Rive Gauche and La Grande Épicerie de Paris will be credited to your Carte 24 Sèvres in the form of a Gift Voucher. You can spend this amount on your next visit, from the day after the Journée Privilège, in Le Bon Marché Rive Gauche and La Grande Épicerie de Paris. You can choose any day within the six months following receipt of your invitation. Your Gift Vouchers will be valid for six months after your Journée Privilège.

I've lost the link to dematerialise my card or reinitialise my wallet. How can I digitalise my card once again?

Can I use my Gift Voucher to pay for items on my Journée Privilège?

If you have a Gift Voucher, you can use it to pay for purchases on your Journée Privilège. The use of your Gift Voucher on the Journée Privilège will not enable you to generate an additional Gift Voucher.

How do I cancel my loyalty account?

You can cancel your loyalty account at any time by sending an email to privacy@lebonmarche.fr or by contacting our customer service at carte24sevres@lebonmarche.com.

My spouse or partner has died. Can I use the advantages on their loyalty account?

Every loyalty account is nominative and personal; the advantages cannot be transferred to a third party.

How can I find out my status and whether I am near to a higher status?

Your personal space allows you to find the information you need in an instant, or to carry out the required action. To sign in, you just need to be a member of the programme, to create an account on 24s.com and go to the 'My 24 Sèvres loyalty programme' tab.

How long is my status valid for?

Every 31 August, your Points balance determines your status for the following year. This means your status may change in the following year. For example, you've earned 1,600 Points on 31 August while you have a Carte 24 Sèvres, you benefit from the status of Initié for the following year. You've earned 2,000 Points on 31 August while you have Privilégié status, so you benefit from the status of Initié for the following year.

How many Journées Privilèges am I entitled to? When will I be able to benefit from a new Journée Privilège?

A Journée Privilège is valid just once per year, once you have earned 500 Points, between 1 September and 31 August. You can therefore benefit from a new Journée Privilège every year starting from 1 September, by earning 500 Points..

How do I use my Gift Vouchers?

Your Gift Vouchers are valid from the day after your Journée Privilège and are valid for a period of six months. To use them, just mention it at the till when paying for your purchases in Le Bon Marché Rive Gauche or La Grande Épicerie de Paris and present your Carte 24 Sèvres or your e-card via the 24 Sèvres App. If you've forgotten your Carte 24 Sèvres, you may be asked to produce proof of identity. You can use your Gift Vouchers in full or partially.

Can I give my Journée Privilège or Gift Voucher to a third party?

No, your Gift Vouchers are nominative and personal.

How can I modify my personal data?

You can modify all your personal information in your personal space in the 'My login information' tab.

How do I access my personal account?

Click on 'Login' at the top of your screen.

Is my Carte 24 Sèvres nominative? Can I get a second card for my partner, child or friend?

Your Carte 24 Sèvres is nominative and personal. However, you can get a second card for a member of your household by requesting it from one of our Carte 24 Sèvres advisers. The second card will then be sent to you by post to your address. Both cards will then earn Points on the same loyalty account.

I've received a new Carte 24 Sèvres, but I've already got one. Why?

You have just changed status. Your new Carte 24 Sèvres replaces your old card and allows you to enjoy the advantages of your new status. Your new status is valid until the expiry date on the back of your new card. You can see all your advantages in your online personal space on 24 Sèvres, on the 24 Sèvres mobile app, on lebonmarche.com or on lagrandeepicerie.com

I haven't received my new Carte 24 Sèvres, what should I do?

If you have asked for a new card because your old one has been lost or stolen, it will take between three and six weeks to issue a new Carte 24 Sèvres. In the event of a change of status, it will take between seven and ten weeks to issue a new card. If you still haven't received your card after this time, please contact your Carte 24 Sèvres adviser on 01 44 39 81 81 or by email at carte24sevres@lebonmarche.fr. Don't worry, in the case of change of status, you will benefit from all the advantages from the day after the change, simply by presenting your old card or the 24 Sèvres app.

What should I do of my Carte 24 Sèvres gets lost or stolen?

Contact your Carte 24 Sèvres adviser on 01 44 39 81 81 or by email at carte24sevres@lebonmarche.com. A new Carte 24 Sèvres will then be sent directly to your home address. Your new card will still feature the Points and advantages earned before your card was lost or stolen. While you're waiting to receive your new card, you will continue to enjoy your advantages in store by presenting the 24 Sèvres app, and online by signing in to your account in the usual way.

In which stores is my Carte 24 Sèvres valid?

The Carte 24 Sèvres is valid in store at Le Bon Marché Rive Gauche and La Grande Épicerie de Paris, and online on 24s.com, on the 24 Sèvres App, lebonmarche.com and lagrandeepicerie.com.

For how long will my Points be valid?

Your Points accumulate throughout the year between 1 September and 31 August. They are reset to zero every year on 1 September. Points earned up to 31 August determine your status for the following year.

Can I give my Points to a third party?

Your Carte 24 Sèvres is personal, you can't give your points to a third party.

Why and when are my Points reset to zero?

Your Rive Gauche Points total will be reset to zero on 1 September each year, so you can enjoy a Journée Privilège each year, which you can activate as soon as you've earned your first 500 Points.

Are the Journée Privilège and Gift Vouchers valid on all my purchases?

They are valid in store at Le Bon Marché Rive Gauche and La Grande Épicerie de Paris.

When can I use my Journée Privilège?

From the day after the Points total reaches 500, the Member can activate their Journée Privilège on a date of their choosing, either on presentation of the physical card or the e-card for an in-store purchase, or by selecting this option when finalising an online purchase on 24S.

The Journée Privilège is nominative, non-transferable and must be activated in the six months following the Points total reaching 500.

How does the Journée Privilège work?

When you've earned 500 Points, you will be sent an invitation by post or email to enjoy a Journée Privilège. You have six months to activate your Journée Privilège on the day of your choice. On that day, 10% of the total cost of the purchases you make in Le Bon Marché Rive Gauche and La Grande Épicerie de Paris will be credited to your Carte 24 Sèvres in the form of a Gift Voucher. You can spend this amount from the day after the Journée Privilège, in Le Bon Marché Rive Gauche and La Grande Épicerie de Paris. Your Gift Vouchers will be valid for six months after your Journée Privilège.

Can I combine my 24 Sèvres Gift Voucher with promotions?

24 Sèvres Gift Vouchers can be combined with promotions.

Can I activate my Journée Privilège during the promotions?

If the Member activates their Journée Privilège in store: all purchases made in store on that day will be included, even those made before activation. The Journée Privilège ends at midnight French time. If the Member activates their Journée Privilège online: all purchases made on that day in store until closing time are included as well as all purchases made on the lebonmarche.com site over the twenty-four hours following its activation. For purchases made on 24S, the twenty-four hours of the Journée Privilège will be calculated for the same time zone. The time zone will correspond to the billing address for the customer's order for online purchases on 24S. The Journée Privilège is valid during the sales, the TBM, on red dots and the 24S End of Season category, excluding non-participating brands. To learn the detail of these restrictions, the Member should contact Le Bon Marché or 24S Customer Relationship Service.
