The Click & Collect service allows you to collect in-store purchases made the day before on lebonmarche.com and 24s.com. Purchases made online on Saturday are available on Monday from 12.30pm.

To ease your mind (and your arms), Le Bon Marché Rive Gauche offers a grouped purchases for 24 Sèvres cardholders.
Register the items of your choice on your card while a shop clerk drops off your packages at Achats Groupés on level -1. All you have to do is pay for them and choose the delivery option if you wish. It’s that simple!

Have you lost something during your visit to Le Bon Marché Rive Gauche? Report its loss on Troov by filling in all the necessary information to identify it. If in doubt, our teams will send you an authentication question to ensure that it is yours. Once the object has been identified, we will invite you to go to the Le Bon Marché Rive Gauche reception desk so that it can be given to you in person.

Le Bon Marché Rive Gauche and Coursier.fr deliver within 2 hours in Paris from the time of pick up by the courier.
This advantage is granted for all deliveries in the Greater Paris area, excluding any additional delivery costs and excluding products indicated in the shop, under the following conditions:
• offered for Privilégié status (for same day and D+1 delivery)
• €39 for a Invité or non-cardholder status for a D+1 delivery
• €45 if Invité or non-cardholder status (for same day delivery, offered on D+1 for Initié status)
Batteries portables
Rechargez votre smartphone directement au Bon Marché grâce à un self-service de batteries portables. Pour ce faire, téléchargez l’application ONEFLASH, enregistrez votre carte de paiement puis retirez la recharge. Une fois votre téléphone chargé restituez la batterie sous 48h. En cas d’oubli la somme de 19€ vous sera débité.
Deux bornes sont disponibles : l’une à côté du Point d’Accueil au rez-de-chaussée, l’autre au 2ème étage à l’extrémité de la passerelle côté Maison.

The Le Bon Marché Rive Gauche valets welcome you at the entrance of your choice: at 38, rue de Sèvres for La Grande Epicerie de Paris, or at the corner of rue Velpeau and rue de Babylone for Le Bon Marché Rive Gauche.

Additional hours: €5
Payment is made to the Valet, in cash or by cheque, when they return your vehicle.
